Your message goes to the two people who handle the inbox. We aim to answer within a week, and we will answer — including when the answer is no.
Reporting something
If you need to report a member's conduct, say so in the first line and it gets handled the same day. You can ask to stay anonymous to everyone but the reviewer. See the code of conduct.
